Since it quite possibly could be on line in a matter of days, that would be a bit of overkill.

As I said before (in the message you quoted):

The best answer is "As soon as it is ready" as everyone is anxious to
have it back.

You won't get a better one no matter how hard you try. ;-)

The reason for that is simple. In the past, when RS set a date for something, they got burned on the lists when that date wasn't met for whatever reasons. I know, for a fact, that when I plan to have something done by and when that actually occurs is often quite far apart. One cannot always anticipate something accurately all of the time.
