Hello
I am trying to develop an application that will work similiar to Activity
Monitor (for the mac) and Task Manager (for Windows).
Basically I want the software to monitor all processes and find the ones
that use 90% or more CPU for more than 10 seconds. Then I want to be able to
quit that process and relaunch it (optional)
I dont know where to start. I have MBS plug ins so if that helps then let
me know and I am using RB2006r2 for Windows Mac and Linux
