It was not possible (easy) before, but I think i read in the
RB2006r3 Release Notes that it should be possible now, so check
the Language Reference and the Release Notes...

New in REALbasic 2006 R3 is an "Icon As Picture" property for MenuItem.
I haven't tried it, but I would assume that you could create a
"contextual menu" with an icon by using the MenuItem.Popup method.
