Honest, they were *not* there when I copied the link into the Mail
client and hit the send button. I wonder where they came from.
Ah... I didn't add the carriage return at the end of the email, and
the robot just added the footer immediately afterwards.
I find that it is better to enclose links inside < > brackets. This
avoids any confusion as to where the link starts and ends as most
clients will understand it.
