That's all I thought he wanted to do. Loops are an easy out.
   
  Maybe pagepanel would be a better option. I seem to recall value included 
there.

That's about all it would do. I don't think that was what Brian 
wished to do as he wanted to find out which tab was selected. In your 
example above, it wouldn't help him find out which tab was selected 
unless he tested each TabPanel.Value in a loop.

The caption(index) method really makes more sense when you wish to 
actually change the caption at runtime.

PS. I often wondered why RS's LR doesn't also include Value in the 
TabPanel Class. They do this for many other classes where the super 
actually controls the action.
