Place this in the App.Open event:

That works but it is still better to *not* interrupt open events and
many others with modal messages.
In either open event, I would set a Timer's mode to 1 and put the
MsgBox "" in its Action event. It's always safer to do many things
after the internal Rb event code has finished executing.
