  I find the Certification issue interesting but at this stage in my coding I 
have a hard time seeing that I will EVER (but never say never I suppose) be in 
the position to be asking for such a thing from the BORG. Might but hey...
   
  The article from the Ramblings Blog made a point that was a bit more of a 
real concern for my universe: "...and it doesn’t behave properly if the 
installer is run on an application that’s already installed ...<etc>". 
   
  This alone is enough for me to go forward with Advanced. I watch my spouse 
and kids install/reinstall in a frenzy at times and cring.

They're both pretty easy to use, although I'd have to say that 
Advanced Installer is a little bit easier (form-based rather than 
text-based). The biggest reason I switched away from InnoSetup was 
this weblog post by Aaron Ballman (of REAL Software):
