You need the snapshot tarball to build from, gforth-0.7.9_20150825.tar.gz or, if you want a prebuild snapshot, this one: gforth64-0.7.9_20150825.bin.x86_64-unknown-cygwin-dlls.tar.gz The setup.exe stuff actually is reachable by Cygwin (it's in $PATH), but I suppose there are some issues with the spaces in the path name.
