They are not available everywhere, and we don't have an abstract sprite lib
yet. I'd like to "do it right" in the first place.
Getting a few FlushRegion calls in there will help almost everywhere, while
hacking in some hardware sprite support will only benefit a single target
for now, and we should think well when designing the sprite extension.
Most importantly, it might be a very good idea to get XGGI into ASYNC mode
finally.
