LibWmh - build fine for me.

O.K. - I tested it. I CVS-updated my copy, made sure I don't have any extra 
files as compared to CVS, built LibWMH and it builds fine. So remaining
issues might be different configurations that trigger something via the
autoconf mechanism. Please tell me, if you find a bug.
