Neither by default, nor at all. The X server that XGGI is based on, doesn't
have a nice point, where one could easily place the ggiFlush()es.

It can be done, but requires some heavy hacking on the X server. Hmm - it
might be an interesting thing to investigate, if one could more easily use
Xnest, but IIRC it pretty much passes through X protocol requests, which
isn't exactly helpful.

BTW: I don't quite get the subject line - you are talking about speeding up
the mouse cursor updates - right ? (I.e. not accelerating mouse cursor
movement with respect to physical mouse movement).
