ok, before you get really serious about this name: please consider that 'ft', even
if it is restricted to mean 'font', is far too generic for your thing. There might
be other font libraries out there. Since you are so keen on writing a font library
specific to GGI, please consider calling it that way.
There is an issue called 'namespace pollution'.
