Maybe, if we can get cvsupd to be run on the main server, and it 
actually does a good job of mirroring whole repositories (it says 
something about actually mirroring the control files, but without a closer
look I wonder whether it is actually what we want.)  If/when we move
the main repository to sourceforge, do they run cvsupd?

(This would all be so much simpler were it built into CVS.)
