The response of two people or so. Unfortunately for myself I can't
say I would need this but this is because I don't do graphic
programming at the moment.
On the other hand in my opinion Cesar's argumentation is as
rock-solid as he thinks himself. One single extra API-function
that
- fits in logically,
- doesn't produce extra code because it
- can be reused in (one) existing API-function,
- is useful in every situation you don't need to care about
the size of a pixel being actually too big for your target!
This is not what I would call bloat!
So why not have it?
