I think the delay here is trying to figure out how to preserve all the
history in the current CVS archive, including that for deleted things.
Also, When this move happens, I would like to take that time to remove
libggimisc from libggi/extensions, and move it to its own directory/project
alongside the other extensions. We need to figure out what to do
with the history files for that.
