At some point, someone needs to decide to go forward...  If we have a fairly
good release candidate for GGI/GII
then why not start.  The original CVS still exists (somewhere that is) and
if there are huge problems we can get versioning from there.  Things (ie
extensions) can be removed/moved at a later point.

Several people have mentioned that GGI does not seem to be moving forward.
We already know the current anonymous CVS does not work.  A move to
Sourceforge will help and the sooner the better.  If we wait until
everything is "perfect", it is not going to happen and GGI will become a
footnote.
