MX of ggi-project.org is mail.ggi-project.org
Unfortunately, as you mentionned recently, mail.ggi-project.org
(195.154.155.25) and cvs.ggi-project.org (195.154.155.29) are
unreachable, that's why you can't use this domain name for mail.
Apparently, these machines belong to the same network as Nexwave
Solutions, the company where Emmanuel Marty currently works so I suppose
you must get in touch with him for that issue (I've put his address
given by whois in CC:).
Since he is the ggi-project's domain name owner too, you must contact
him as well if you want to change the machines associated with
mail.ggi-project.org and cvs.ggi-project.org adresses.
