libBSE:
It's now alpha and has left the planning state.
It's useable, too.
Radical changes will happen to libBlt and a new lib called "libBuf"
is going to coming up soon. Due to this fact, libBSE has to be
updated then in order to keeping it useable. That might even enforce
API-changes. But we will see...
We hope, that it can go to beta then.
