The easiest solution is probably to turn on the mouse fifo
functionality in gpm and let the X server use that as a mouse.  (Works
well, I've used it.)  Another solution might be to use XGGI.  I don't
have a clue on whether it's possible to have a GII app inject X events
into an X server.
