Yes.

Well, you have a choice; you can ask for a video mode no larger than
a certain size, and hope there is still space left for sprites, or you
can ask for the sprites first. LibGalloc is not finished yet, either.

Three more unfinished libraries will provide those functions:
LibOvl (sprites/windows) LibBlt (Blts) and LibBuf (Alpha/Z).
There are some other convenience libraries that will run on top
of these, for example LibBSE emulates a Sprite with LibBlt if it
cannot use LibOvl to create a real sprite.

We are fixing some bugs now. It works on my system after some changes
Andy made yesterday, but it doesn't work on Andy's system, and the changes
may have broken 3.3.x dga (1.x).

I've been noticing that my commits change the changelog -- I use EMACS,
but I don't know maybe this is just that I run a pretty new version of
CVS.
