Well, Eric should create the ChangeLog files for libggi and libgii.
Tagging CVS is IMO a mandatory. Just think of having broken patches
after release immediately and you want to create rpm- and
deb-packages from the release, then you can get the sources easily
without the broken patches.

John Fortin and Nicolas Souchu should add a description of their
DirectX- and VGL-target in libggi/doc/targets.txt. IMO that is no
showstopper for the 2beta4-release, but it should be in the final
release.

Can we determine a release-date on Tuesday 20:00 UTC? That gives
people time to test the new build environment and to send us some
last-minute fixes.
