Who is the author of the original frame support patch for the
svgalib-target? Is he willing to finish it until release? If not, then we
should disable it.

Xlib (XF86 4) runs as fast/slow as Xlib (XF 3.x), but the X-target
(XF86 4) is _much_ slower than the X-target (XF86 3.x).

I think, the reason is a synchronisation issue, because the mouse pointer
flickers really heavy (X-target, XF86 4), while this is not the case on
Xlib (XF86 4).

Is this a mansync issue or a XF86 4 bug?
