Chris,
Thanks a lot for quick response.
I am not finding the said README files in the stable version (i.e
ggi-2.0.1 and gii-0.8.1). Were you refering the development version only ?
I could build the ggi, but not the demos and utils on Solaris.
I have been communicating with Brian regarding the same. I have also got a
TODO list for libgii.
I have problems logging in cvs with anonymous id. We hit 'enter' key when
asked for the passwd. We get the message 'connection timed out' after some
time. Do you have any specific problems with 'anonymous' user or is it the
problem of network speed.
To summarise, we have problems in using the samples in GGI and using cvs
(in getting the developers' version). Once done, we may take-up some tasks
from TODO list of GII and GGI.
Regards.

There are two README files you should check out for that:
libgii/doc/README.directx
libggi/doc/README.directx
BTW: Had you success with getting GGI running on your Solaris Box in the
meantime?
