On this, look at MesaGGI, look at the lowlevel libraries, and put some thought into how it could utilize the new libraries (or simply the underlying mechanisms in them) to provide hardware acceleration to more MesaGGI primitives. (And IIRC MesaGGI also needs a bunch of fixing.) Any work on MesaGGI would be a help to tide 3D applications over. -- Brian
