No - I don't think so. However I think that those domain hoggers should be shot anyway, as they are making money for nothing. Thus I usually advise any customer that would like to have such a hogged domain to either grab it by legal action, if there seems a good chance for it due to trademarks or similar or to complain to the corresponding NIC and take an alternative domain for now (as it will not help to complain). My hope is that the NICs get fed up with reading complaints and install regulations that will make withdrawal of domains used for hogging simpler instead of even supporting that practise by referring to domain auction sites and similar.
