ok,

im one step ahead already! i have Xdarwin running on my system already,
following links from you guys, i found that yesterday and thought it
seemed important.

im running a Macintosh G4 400 w/ 512mb ram...as far as software info, im
not sure what direction you want? i dont really know much about the unix
side of OSX...libraries included, which shell it uses...things like
this?...i DL'd the mac OSX dev tools, which includes all the warez
needed to develop your own OSX-apps...but most of the apps are
completely foreign to me...

please give me a little more direction and i will hunt down any info you
need...

i dont know what you mean by X-target

thanks for the quick responce,
-jack
