And just so I'm 100% clear in my understanding of your point, can you
confirm my guess that, as far as you know, every single open source
project would be subject to the same sort of legal risks, if it were
to incorporate LLM-generated code?

(Of course, the impact of the risks may differ depending on the size
and prominence of the project, who its users are and what they use it
for.)
