For the first time in a while (because of various ghdl, gnat, gcc, or
binutils bugs over the last few versions), ghdl is now building on all
architectures in Debian that support gnat. This includes i386, amd64,
alpha, hppa, ia64, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, and sparc. [1]

Of course, I don't think exhaustive testing has been done on all of those
architectures, so they could fail miserably to actually compile and run
VHDL code (I don't even know if there are any users on some of those
architectures) but having a clean build again with everything in the build
system completely up-to-date is a nice improvement. =)
