One simple thing I'd like to see is the looser restriction on characters allowed in comments. I know VHDL is supposed to be 100% latin1, but the locale on most new systems is UTF-8, so that's how comments tend to get written. (BTW, I know about --mb-comments, but it seems that only works with ghdl -i, and not with ghdl -a or ghdl -m, so in practise it doesn't help much. Anyway, adding this support would mostly just be fixing that bug. =) Another big easy one is the automatic sensitivity lists. I currently use emacs vhdl-mode "C-a C-u M-s" to fill them in, which is great ... if you use emacs. =) -- Wesley J.
