Hello, I try to use the lxt2 format (with vcd2lxt2) for the wave generation and viewing in gtkwave, but sometimes I've to use the ghw format to be able to see records.
Beyond some circuit complexity, the ghw format started to fail for me in gtkwave; the lists of signals is broken - they look almost the same regardless of what leaf I choose in the hierarchy tree. The ghw generation is much slower than vcd piped to vcd2lxt2, too. Is there any chance I could get type records in vcd (thus, lxt2)? Even if it was through special names.
