I just looked it up, for my internal DEB package (tested on 64 bit only)
it seems that I actually wrote a changelog :-):

All other changes were just modifications in the Makefiles, most of them
mainly dirty hacks to make cross compilation work.
There were no issues for the mingw32 cross build, but obviously your
patch takes only part in the parsing/building side (which would be in
the 64 bit world).
I did have some minor issues with ghdl reporting the wrong position in
the code on occuring length mismatches of std_logic_vector connections.
But that might have another reason.
