After tropical storm Ondoy’s aftermath, the students realized its pivotal role as a distinct and dedicated organization with volunteer relief operations in mind. Since it’s also Halloween time, TWH decided to add special awards for customers who come in costume. There will be special awards for the following 3 categories: Best Costume (Male), Best Costume (Female), and Best Costume (Kids). Let's not engage in active discussions about how to circumvent their terms of service or engage in click fraud. 6.
