Another merge with GIMP CVS and some enhancements:
* Better placement for text lines by using -1 for the border value when
using gimp_text_fontname.
* It doesn't smash anymore the layer's name back to "GDynText Layer" when
you re-edit a layer's text. (John Manoogian III)
* Compiles also with GTK_DISABLE_COMPAT_H defined.
