RuntimeError: calling error
 
I still cannot figure out how to make it work.
Any idea?

this call,
it would help you, and others to understand what is going on.

Otherwise,  since the plug-in is not part of GIMP itself, if you have
no further anser here, you might try
to contact the plug-in author directly.
