I am not sure exactly what exactly this "additional information" is. I got this from the last comment at https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/televisions/kdl-32ex403u-playback-not-available-some-photos/m-p/190619 I am not sure how true this is. I tried removing the metadata but this seems to have no effect.
