I'm having issues in GIMP 2.10.2 with the Select by color tool. Sometimes it wont select any pixels when zoomed at 800 or 1600 percent. The issue occurs when the mentioned tool's threshold is set at 0.0 & sometimes I have to increase the threshold to 1.0 or more. I didn't have this issue in 2.10.0 or latest version of 2.8 when using the threshold at 0.0.
