[Gimp-user] Gimp Install Question

Hello,   I installed Gimp and the install the program created the directory ".xvpics".The pictures in that directory wich I downloaded before Gimp, are not visible on Windows Imaging. How can I make them again visible on Windows Imaging or PaintshopPro? Do you know the answer?   Kind Regards, H.Frik
