I would like to re-integrate the Tool Option dialog but I didn't succeeded.
How can I do this ?

We really need to come up with a better way of linking to things in the Help docs :-).
There is a cgi script that maps the help ids to the actual files.
As an alternative, it would be rather easy to create a rewrite map during the build of the help files - this has also a better chance to survive slashdotting.
The TOCs on docs.gimp.org should use at least the cgi script links, so that they get known and copyable.
