I'm using SUSE 9.1 with CUPS and KDE 3.3 together with an HP 882c. and
what I get when I try to print anything from The GIMP 1.x or 2.x is:

Well, that's what it now is, the earlier versions might have given
different numbers, but the same general message. to put it bluntly
WtF?!!!?!?! I'd love to know why this is the only software that won't
print anything but it's own driver ID.
