Well, if there's a sizeable portion of the bikini material in the photo, you should be able to use the clone tool. That can sometimes be tricky with patterns, or if you don't have a good target area. Type 'C' to get the clone tool, <ctrl>+left click to set the target area, then left-click on the destination. All that being said, it's hard to make a diagnosis with seeing the image (which is the problem, I guess).
