This is probably old hat for most of you, but I just can't figure out how to do this. I have a very nice rectangular jpg graphic that I want to change into a circle to be used for a circular sticker application. I created the graphic in PSE 8 and have saved the original psd file with the individual layers, so I can start from this file instead of the jpg file if it is easier. I am using Windows 7. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
