Review comment:
       @gemmellr I mean that from Apache standpoint, anyone can start a release 
or fork log4j as new Apache project. It's the discussion currently on going. If 
the PMC doesn't want to support log4j in logging Apache umbrella, a new 
community can create a new project in the incubator/Apache.
   Anyway, I'm working on the PR today ;)
