Yes, it would change existing behavior, but the existing behavior is to **force** the use of SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0. Shouldn't there be a point where it is okay to change the default behavior away from something that has not been the default on Windows platforms since Windows 7/WS2008 R2? The .NET API documentation for all frameworks 2.0 and higher specifies that "Unless your app has a specific reason not to, you should use this field" (meaning that None should be used and not Default). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
