### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Update table column statistic for partitioned tables as well (if exist). ### Why are the changes needed? It may happen that table statistic exist for partitioned table in TAB_COL_STATS table (if statistics were calculated through Impala). ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
