Review Comment:
   Well, I admit that Map is not a good collection to use here. 
   The goal is to remove the test code from production code and I think this 
part needs some refactor to achieve it. Extracting the different approaches to 
their own classes makes easier to write unit tests for each of them. Then the 
logic which chooses the correct approach to be used based on the input 
`Decimal`s could also be tested independently without running the Approach 
itself.
   
   I don't have strong opinion about the design my main concern is introducing 
test only code in prod.
