Review Comment:
   It was removed as it was only used to retrieve fields via 
   ```
   rowObjectInspector
               .getAllStructFieldRefs();
   ``` 
   
   and these fields are not reliable as they don't contain partition cols in 
case of native tables and contain them in case of iceberg tables
   so using getCols in place of it as next loop takes care of part cols via 
getPartCols
