need to change names since we are using cols in naming rather than fields as
per https://github.com/apache/hive/pull/6413#discussion_r3441502441
so changed like:
```
private Map<String, TableColumn> lazyIndexedColumnByName() {
if (nameToIndexedColumn == null) {
this.nameToIndexedColumn = indexedColumnByName();
}
return nameToIndexedColumn;
}
```
similar to the iceberg one:
```
private Map<Integer, NestedField> lazyIdToField() {
if (idToField == null) {
this.idToField = TypeUtil.indexById(struct);
}
return idToField;
}
```
