Review Comment:
   Maybe use import instead of fully pacakge classification? Also, Logger can 
be defined as class attribute i.e.
   ```
   private static final Logger LOG = 
LoggerFactory.getLogger(TestAsyncPbRpcProxy.class);
   ```
