`qualifiedTableName` remains set after the submission loop, so task-level
failures from `countDownLatch.await()` (for example, interruption) or
`shutdownNow()` are incorrectly reported against the final candidate table.
Clear this per-table context once all submissions succeed so only
construction/submission failures are attributed to a table.
