### What changes were proposed in this pull request? In case there is a failure during create at the Iceberg layer, the HMS table entry should be cleaned up ### Why are the changes needed? To prevent leaving orphan HMS table entries during table create ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes, if a create fails at Iceberg layer, the HMS table entry will be cleaned, so subsequent creates won't fail with `AlreadyExistException` ### How was this patch tested?
